1) The undersigned guardian hereby agrees to participate in a Chat group created by Tutor-ology for the purpose of enhancing communication between themselves and the designated tutor. This group will serve as a platform for the sharing of study materials, the assignment of homework, and the discussion of any relevant issues related to the course.

 

2) If a student is taking classes for more than one subject, only one trial lesson will be provided for free. Additional trial lessons for the other subjects will be subject to a fee.

 

3) The fee structure for tutoring services provided by Tutor-ology is based on the scheduled time mutually agreed upon by the parent/student and their assigned tutor(s).

 

4) The parents will receive comprehensive class reports which will include pertinent information such as the date, day, time, duration, Monthly feedback and the subject matter covered during each class session. Payment for tuition services shall be calculated based upon these reports.

 

5) The parent must make the fee payment by or before 15th of each month according to the monthly invoice sent by Tutor-ology as per the payment cycle decided , unfollowing that will lead to temporarily hold for the classes.

 

6) The parent must inform Tutor-ology at least six hours in advance if they need to reschedule or cancel a class to avoid being charged for that class.

 

7) In the event of any issues with the tutor or classes, the parent is encouraged to provide feedback or contact Tutor-ology for assistance we are there to assist you 24/7.

 

8) In the event that the parent chooses to terminate any class, any advance payment made towards the tuition fee will be non-refundable and can only be adjusted within the other remaining classes.

 

9) In the event of a tutor arriving late, any lost time will be made up by extending the lesson for a period mutually agreed upon by both the tutor and the student. The amount of additional time added will be equal to the time lost due to the tutor's late arrival.

 

10) Prior to providing a tutor's contact details to the parent, Tutor-ology may request that the parent furnish and confirm certain information pertaining to themselves, their tuition prerequisites, and the conditions under which they intend to engage the services of a tutor. The parent hereby consents to the disclosure of such information to prospective tutors and agrees to provide it accordingly.

 

11) The undersigned parent hereby grants Tutor-ology the permission to utilize any written, audio, or video review provided by them for publication on Tutor-ology's website or any social media platform, during and after the conclusion of the classes.

 

12) In the event that a student observes any inappropriate behaviour by a tutor, it is imperative that they immediately notify their parents or Tutor-ology. We are there to assist you 24/7.

13) The student is strictly prohibited from using Tutor-ology tutors for personal tutoring outside of Tutor-ology. Additionally, the student acknowledges and agrees that they are not authorized to hire any Tutor-ology tutor for personal tutoring purposes, even after discontinuing their enrollment with Tutor-ology. Tutor-ology reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against any student who violates this policy.

14) To ensure the safety, security, and privacy of all parties involved, it is mandatory for the student to use only the communication channels officially provided and/or approved by Tutor-ology to contact the tutors. Any attempts to initiate or respond to contact tutors outside the approved channels may result in immediate removal from the program.

 

15) Each year, as the student progresses to a higher grade, the session charges will increase by a minimum of $2 per session, as applicable.

16) In order to ensure safety, maintain quality control, and improve the service, some of the learning sessions will be recorded. These recordings will be kept for a minimum of three years on a secure, private server that is accessible only to authorized personnel, and may be accessed by government or law enforcement representatives with appropriate warrants.

 

17) Tutor-ology reserves the right to change or modify the terms of this agreement.

 

18) All legal matters arising from or related to this contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pipariya, Hoshangabad (District).
