What is the procedure to become an online tutor at Tutor-ology?
To become a part of our team, follow the following steps:
1 - Fill out the provided form, with all the correct details, with the link as follows (link).
2 - The team will go through your resume and details.
3 - If shortlisted, the candidate will get the confirmation details and a call for the interview.
4 - Within the next 4 days after the interview, the candidate will receive a call from the Hiring team for the final decision.
Is it free to create a tutor profile on Tutor-ology?
Yes. It is absolutely free to create a tutor profile and get exposure to the students.
How much can I earn on Tutor-ology?
On Tutor-ology, we follow the wage per hour and no. of students who continue to learn with you after the trial session. A potential tutor can earn up to INR 50,000/month by just devoting 4 hours on a daily basis.
What technical equipment do I require to teach on Tutor-ology?
You will need a laptop or a desktop computer, a stable internet connection, a webcam and a microphone for conducting online lessons in Tutor-ology's virtual classroom. If you are opting for subjects such as Math, English, Science etc. you require additional equipment i.e. a Pen tablet.
Is it remote work or do we have to work in the office?
It's fully flexible and remote work. The work timing and no. of working hours depends on the tutor's personal choice
